Ballestra S.p.A. has adopted an organization, management and control model (the “Model 231”) pursuant to the Legislative Decree n. 231/2001, last updated on 14.05.2024, and a Code of Ethics, last updated on 12.09.2023. This Code formalizes the principles to conduct business that we have followed for many years. It is an important step to ensure uniform procedures across all offices in respect of ethical, legal and sustainable conduct we require all stakeholders to comply with.
